Refund policy

Returns — We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging. Because our resin and oils are consumable goods, opened products cannot be returned or resold.

How to start a return — Email info@resinco.ca with your order number. A photo of the item often resolves issues fastest — in many cases we can help without a return shipment. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders — If anything arrives damaged or we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.
